The My Elite Cars standard begins with an accurate brief and ends with a service scope confirmed in writing.
Standards must describe what can actually be checked. They do not replace the specific operating terms, licence, insurance, vehicle or driver information that may apply to an individual destination and proposal.
1. Complete itinerary
Dates, pickups, destinations, passenger count, luggage, timings and special requirements are gathered before an option is treated as suitable.
2. Local review
Availability and the operating arrangement are checked for the destination and dates rather than inferred from a photograph or generic fleet list.
3. Appropriate category
The vehicle role is matched to the passengers, luggage, route and presentation requirement. A preferred model can be requested but is not guaranteed by the website.
4. Written scope
The proposal records the vehicle or agreed equivalent, schedule, price, inclusions, limitations and conditions that need acceptance.
5. Data minimisation
Only information reasonably needed to review or coordinate the request is shared with the relevant operating provider.
6. Clear escalation
The confirmed proposal and service communication identify the appropriate contact path for changes or operational questions.
What the website does not guarantee
- A specific make, model, year or colour unless confirmed in writing.
- Real-time availability or a fixed price before the itinerary is reviewed.
- Universal coverage in a country, city, province or route.
- Owned offices, vehicles or directly employed drivers where that relationship has not been stated.
- Ratings, certifications or operating claims that cannot be evidenced.
