These terms govern the use of this website and the process of requesting privately coordinated ground transportation through My Elite Cars.
Operator and contracting entity
My Elite Cars is operated by Dream Sun Travel S.L., RUC 52745928-9-057, Avenida Balboa, Calle 50, Torre Global Bank, Ciudad de Panamá, Panamá. Dream Sun Travel S.L. is the contracting entity for a service confirmed directly by My Elite Cars unless the written proposal expressly identifies a different local contracting party and the terms that apply to that party.
Our role
My Elite Cars acts as a commercial and coordination point for chauffeur services, airport transfers and tailored vehicle arrangements in selected destinations. Services may be fulfilled by appropriately selected local operators. Unless a written proposal expressly states otherwise, My Elite Cars does not represent that it owns the vehicle or directly employs the driver.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting a form, sending a message or discussing an itinerary does not create a booking. Availability, vehicle category, exact vehicle, driver arrangement, inclusions, pricing and applicable terms must be confirmed in writing.
Proposals and confirmation
A proposal is based on the information available at the time it is prepared and may have an expiry time. A service becomes confirmed only after the stated approval and payment requirements have been completed and written confirmation has been issued.
Vehicles and substitutions
Website photography is illustrative unless a specific vehicle is identified in the written proposal. Where an agreed vehicle becomes unavailable because of circumstances outside reasonable control, a suitable alternative may be proposed. Material changes will be communicated before the service whenever reasonably possible.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate dates, locations, flight details, passenger and luggage information, contact details and any material accessibility or service requirements. Passengers must comply with applicable laws, safety requirements and reasonable operator instructions.
Pricing, payment and cancellation
Prices, currencies, taxes, payment timing, waiting time, route limitations, cancellation terms and refund conditions are specific to the written proposal. If there is a conflict between these website terms and an accepted proposal, the accepted proposal governs the service concerned.
Delays and changes
Traffic, weather, border procedures, flight disruption, road closures, public events and other circumstances may affect a journey. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate the confirmed service, but travel times cannot be guaranteed unless an express written commitment is included in the proposal.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, responsibility for a journey is assessed in light of the confirmed scope, the acts of the service provider involved and the law applicable to the service. My Elite Cars is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate client information, prohibited passenger conduct or events outside reasonable control.

We aim to keep this website accurate, but destination coverage, vehicle categories and service availability can change. Website content is general information and does not replace the written confirmation for a specific journey.
Governing law and mandatory rights
These website terms are governed by the laws of Panamá, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer’s country. Competent courts are determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights.
